Our Projects
OUR FIRST PRIORITY
Food, Clothing, Shelter
Our most urgent need is to cover basic food, clothing, and supplies for the children at the compound. Survival is priority before we can focus on larger critical projects, like building a 200-bed home for the compound.
EDUCATION
Helping to thrive, not just survive
Each year, we focus heavily on education for Nehemiah’s Children. With only 10% of government funding for schools in Haiti, running private education programs is expensive. It costs roughly $30,000 yearly for our students to have books, shoes, uniforms, and school supplies.
When the kids become adults, they are equipped with life-changing vocational skills. They learn to work on construction projects on the compound, fish, or further their education in a specific trade. Projects for solar power and aquaponics provide the community with self-sustaining energy and food.
SUPPORT OUR MISSION
Equipping the Saints
Since 1988, Brother Remile Casimir planted 65 churches in Haiti, training new pastors to breathe life—physically and spiritually—into Port-au-Prince and surrounding areas. Their congregations are lighthouses in a land of spiritual darkness.
Many Haitian pastors and their families live in poverty, surviving on less than $2 a day. A small gift amount for us could be life-changing for them.
